More Phishing?

I just received 2 e-mails (different accounts) from the US Treasury about fraud in the wire transfer system. The e-mail says they are closing the system for several days. The link for more info does not look right. It uses a .us instead of the .gov on the official federal reserve site.
While I have not been able to definitively rule this a fraud, yet, I would be very, very, very careful with that link.
