Business owners there is a phishing scam targeting you. The e-mail states that you have to renewal/reaffirm your Employer ID Number within 14 days.
You don't need to renewal, so don't click on the link.
Remember if the IRS needs you do do something they will send you a letter. They don't initiate contact by e-mail.
